TAKE ACTION LOCALLY THROUGH CORPORATE PHILANTHROPY
For companies and foundations, corporate patronage is a commitment to regional development that promotes resilience, innovation, and solidarity.
It offers companies, their employees, and the community a unique opportunity to work together on innovative projects with a real impact for local residents.
This includes making culture, heritage, and art accessible to all, protecting biodiversity, social cohesion, education and youth, intergenerational solidarity, and equal opportunities. The tangible projects presented by the community will echo your areas of commitment and your preferred courses of action.
Patronage is a generous and voluntary act by a company that decides to make a donation, whether in the form of funds, products, services, or skills.
ZERO-UNEMPLOYMENT, A GROUNDBREAKING APPROACH
An area where long-term unemployment is a thing of the past (Territoire Zéro Chômeur de Longue Durée, TZCLD) is an area where it is considered that people have the right to get a job.
In the Montpellier area, this program seeks to provide a solution for over 400 people considered to be long-term unemployed, by creating momentum in two neighborhoods that are particularly affected by long-term unemployment - Hauts de Massane (Montpellier) and La Valsière (Grabels).
Are you an economic stakeholder in Hauts de Massane or La Valsière neighborhoods (company, association, shopkeeper...)? Do you have ideas for activities that are needed in these areas? Share your understanding of the neighborhood's needs by joining the Local Employment Committees (CLE) and the working groups that involve all the players involved in the project.
